Shipping and Delivery

How long will it take to receive my package?

Once shipped, delivery usually takes between 7 and 12 business days depending on your location.

I haven't received an order confirmation email?

If you cannot find the confirmation or shipping email, you can check your spam or promotions folder. These emails are automatically sent by our server; sometimes they end up in your spam folder (or are sent to you by SMS if you have provided your phone number).

Are massaging insoles effective against plantar fasciitis?

Yes, Stepora massage insoles can help alleviate the discomfort of plantar fasciitis for many people by adding arch support and heel cushioning, which can reduce the strain on the plantar fascia during long periods of standing or walking.

How long do massage insoles last?

With normal daily use, Stepora insoles generally last over 12 months (often longer), depending on the intensity of their use. They are designed to resist sagging better than classic gel or memory foam insoles.

Tip: To extend their lifespan, wash occasionally by hand and air dry.

Should you go up or down a size if you're between two sizes?

If you are between two sizes, we recommend you take the larger size, then alter for an optimal and precise fit.

Will my shoes still fit after inserting the insoles?

Yes, in most shoes they will remain comfortable.

Here is the easiest way to ensure this:

First, remove the original insole from your shoe (this will give you more space and a better fit).
If your shoes are more spacious, you can place the Stepora on top; but if they feel too tight, replacing the original insole is the solution.
If you wear narrow, low-volume shoes, you may notice more compression than with boots or sneakers.

I've been using the same two pairs of Cloudsole insoles for at least two years. I use them daily, over 8 hours a day standing on concrete, 5 days a week. I spend a lot of time on my feet (I work in retail management) and I'm active even on my days off. The foam in these insoles is incredibly durable. I finally decided to order new ones. They arrived today. Comparing my original insoles (over two years old) to the new ones, the foam in the old ones is discolored, but their thickness is identical to the new ones. They feel a bit firmer, but overall, I'm blown away by their durability. They are well worth the price.

They look like the picture, I thought they would be a bit thicker at the toes, but overall, they are very good. This is a comment that will appear in my Shopify store. I want you to keep the same format, so it should only criticize one thing, the thickness at the toes, but expand on it just a little.

Two years. That's how long these shoes last, despite 10-hour workdays in a warehouse, 5 days a week. They are definitely worn, but the cushioning is still impeccable. The orange fabric is damaged where my heel rests, but the massage nubs underneath are intact. I use Dr. Scholl's every three months. I just ordered my second pair.
