I've been using the same two pairs of Cloudsole insoles for at least two years. I use them daily, over 8 hours a day standing on concrete, 5 days a week. I spend a lot of time on my feet (I work in retail management) and I'm active even on my days off. The foam in these insoles is incredibly durable. I finally decided to order new ones. They arrived today. Comparing my original insoles (over two years old) to the new ones, the foam in the old ones is discolored, but their thickness is identical to the new ones. They feel a bit firmer, but overall, I'm blown away by their durability. They are well worth the price.

Two years. That's how long these shoes last, despite 10-hour workdays in a warehouse, 5 days a week. They are definitely worn, but the cushioning is still impeccable. The orange fabric is damaged where my heel rests, but the massage nubs underneath are intact. I use Dr. Scholl's every three months. I just ordered my second pair. This is the best investment I've ever made for my feet.
